Terms of Service

1. Services

Awesome Guys Auto Care provides mobile auto detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services throughout San Diego County. All services are performed at the client's location using our self-contained mobile unit. Service descriptions and pricing are available on our website and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and additional services requested upon inspection.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by calling (909) 909-8080. Booking constitutes agreement to these terms. We will confirm your appointment via text or email. Same-day availability is subject to technician schedules. We require a valid phone number and service address for all bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount. Weather-related cancellations by us will be rescheduled at no charge at the earliest available time.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Tips are appreciated but not required. For Shine Club subscriptions, monthly payments are processed automatically on the date of enrollment. Subscription changes or cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Shine Club Membership

Shine Club is a month-to-month subscription service. Members receive discounts of 5-15% depending on plan tier, priority scheduling, and included perks as described on the Subscribe page. Memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every service with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of work performed, not pre-existing conditions such as permanent stains, paint damage, or manufacturer defects that were disclosed prior to service.

7. Liability and Damage

We carry full commercial liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service, we will repair or compensate for the damage at our expense. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or conditions not visible prior to service (such as rust beneath paint, loose trim, or failing clear coat). We document vehicle condition before and after each service.

8. Ceramic Coating Warranty

Ceramic coating services include a manufacturer's warranty for the duration specified (1, 3, or 5 years). Warranty coverage requires adherence to the maintenance guidelines provided upon completion. Annual inspections are recommended for 3-year and 5-year coatings. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing (automatic car washes), or chemical exposure (industrial fallout, paint stripper).

9. Vehicle Access and Condition

Clients must provide adequate access to the vehicle and a suitable working area (minimum 3 feet clearance on all sides). The vehicle must be unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time. We require the vehicle to be free of excessive personal belongings that would impede service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
